Trouble connecting Vianova account to the mobile app — any tips?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to connect my Vianova account to the mobile app for a couple of days, but it keeps showing a “connection failed” error after I log in. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app and resetting my password, but no luck so far.
Is this a common issue right now, or could it be something specific to my account?
If anyone has managed to fix this problem, could you please share what worked for you?
